Roofing

Aluminium Composite Panel roofs for buildings are widely used due to its durability in terms of weather and stain resistance, hassle-free maintenance, safety features, cost effectiveness and easy installation.

MBS

It’s thicker with elevated quality! MBS is commonly applicable for building exteriors, interiors and roofing purposes.

The material is built by inserting a soft, shock-absorbent core (typically plastic) layered between two layers of thick aluminium sheet metal. The purpose of this is to combine the shock-absorbing qualities of the soft inner core while the lightweight but relatively durable outer aluminium protects it.

UNI-S

Flexible to suit your roofing needs! UNI-S is widely used for building exteriors,
interiors and roofing purposes.

It is built by inserting a soft, shock absorbent core (typically plastic) layered between two layers of aluminium sheet metal. The purpose of this is to combine the shock-absorbing qualities of the soft inner core while the lightweight but relatively durable outer aluminium protects it. And one of its main uses is as an Aluminium Composite Panel roof for buildings.

INSTALLATION METHOD

MBOND® Aluminium Composite Panel (Mbond ACP) is produced with a protective PE film on one or both sides which should be kept on until the panel is fastened.

To install, 50mm of protective film should be peeled off from the edges of the sheet to allow clean sheet insertion into the glazing system.

The residual film should be removed immediately after the glazing is completed.

Make sure the support structure is clean and dry. Do not directly screw the sheet, only use aluminium clapping for joining. Must leave a gal of at least 5mm in between sheets for thermal expansion and contraction. A minimum slope of 5º roof pitch is recommended to allow adequate rain water run-off.

MBond® Aluminium Composite Panel can be cold-form by : –
* a/b >= 2
* Ø < 90˚
* R >= 180t
