BUILDING FAÇADE CLADDING
Mbond® Aluminium Composite Panel (Mbond® ACP) is composed of a layered-type of Mineral-filled Thermoplastic (Fire-Rated FR) core which is filled stably between two aluminium sheets. The surface of the aluminium sheet is blanketed with PPG KYNAR 500 PVDF resin for grade-A colour quality and higher chemical resistance.
FIRE RETARDANT
Mbond® ACP product with PVDF – Fire Rated (FR) had been tested at SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd and acquired MS2571: 2017 and BS 476 – Part 6 & 7 that evaluates the speed and distance of the flame spread in a specific time duration. We are also assessed under the BS 8414-1 that measures fire spread and classifies it based on three distinctive ways; external and internal fire spread and mechanical performance.
